Nikolas Antoniou's Art Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Art Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

• Family members, or associates of Nikolas Antoniou are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry Period:

• The competition will begin on 15/11/23 and end on 27/11/23.

 

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the competition, participants must subscribe to Nikolas Antoniou’s newsletter list.

4. Prize:

• The prize is an original painting which is stated on competitions landing page.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from the list of mailing list subscribers.

• The winner will be notified via email 1 day (28/11/23) after the competition end date.

• The winner has to reply and accept the prize within 5 days. If the winner does not reply via email the draw will take place again.

6. Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be announced through Nikolas Antoniou's social media channels 2 days after the written prize consent.

7. Privacy and Data Collection:

• By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of this competition.

• Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Conditions:

• Nikolas Antoniou reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time for any reason.

• Nikolas Antoniou is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions.

• Participants agree to release Nikolas Antoniou from any liability related to the competition.

9. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from this competition will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

10. Agreement to Terms:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
